Library

The library at Greenford High School is a great place for reading or studying. All students at Key Stage 4 are automatically members of the library. The librarians ensure that all stock is carefully picked, with a wide range of books on many subjects. As well as a large variety of fiction, there are also non-fiction books to support curriculum areas. Search the library catalogue here.

  • Year 9, 10 and 11 students can borrow up to five books at a time for three weeks at a time.
  • Post-16 students can borrow up to 10 books at a time for three weeks at a time.

Late Returns

Once a book is borrowed from the library it is the pupils’ responsibility to ensure that it is looked after and returned on time. Fines on overdue books are charged at 2p per book per day, up to a maximum of 50p per book. Any lost books must be paid for.
